We are looking for a skilled and smart individual to join us as a Cosmetology Instructor. You should be able to train and teach students various cosmetology techniques. Besides, you should also be able to prepare course curriculum and lesson plans. You should be able to provide students with both theoretical and practical cosmetology sessions.

Your job responsibilities will also include arranging for stock supplies and ensuring safe handling of chemicals during practical sessions. Also, you should be able to review and grade students on the basis of their performance. Moreover, you should ensure adherence to the assigned course budget.  

As a Cosmetology Instructor, you should be up-to-date with the latest trends in the beauty industry. You should also have relevant experience in this area of work and excellent teaching skills. Your ability to remain calm in stressful situations will be beneficial. Also, you should be able to display good leadership skills.

Responsibilities 

  • Planning and preparing the course curriculum and lesson plans 

  • Teaching students a range of cosmetology courses that includes hair and makeup techniques, skin care, and nail technology 

  • Ensuring safe handling of chemicals and other equipment during practical sessions 

  • Placing order for stock supplies required for the various courses 

  • Developing written and practical assessment tests 

  • Reviewing and grading students on the basis of the test results 

  • Overseeing the performance of students during practical sessions 

  • Submitting course feedback to the institute 

  • Staying up-to-date with the new techniques and technology in cosmetology 

  • Offering improvement suggestions during course preparations 

  • Ensuring adherence to the course budget

Requirements 

  • Active Cosmetology License in the State of Nevada

  • Additional certification and license as a Cosmetology Instructor is mandatory 

  • 3-5 years of work experience as a Cosmetologist or a Cosmetology Instructor in reputed educational institute 

  • Complete knowledge of the various cosmetology techniques and technologies 

  • Familiarity with the latest trends in the beauty industry 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent teaching and presentation skills 

  • Having calm composure and good listening abilities 

  • Ability to handle stressful situations 

  • Good leadership skills 

  • Highly motivated and creative individual

We are looking for a Receptionist to maintain and manage our front desk. Your duties and responsibilities are providing customer support and redirect the phone calls to the respective personel accordingly. You will be the first point of contact between a customer and a company.

As a Receptionist, you will be:

  1. Maintaining a logbook for the calls and messages received.

  2. Arranging appointments according to the availability of the students.

  3. Managing walk-in traffic.

  • Performing various administrative duties and clerical tasks such as emailing and making phone calls.

  • Keeping an inventory of office materials such as stationery, papers, files, etc.​

Requirements

  • .High school diploma

  • 2 years of working experience as a Customer Service Representative or relevant position.

  • Working knowledge with office equipment for example printers, fax machines, etc

  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
